Price List

The prices for all cakes are determined by your individual design including: your choice of cake, size of cake and its decoration.

I can make any flavour you want, but the most popular choices are:

Traditional fruit cake - a dark, rich fruit cake packed with raisins, sultanas, mixed peel, cherries and brandy.

Tropical fruit cake - this is a lighter, more modern fruit cake receipe with apricots, cherries, dates, nuts and rum.

Vanilla, Almond, Chocolate, Lemon or coffee sponge.

Carrot cake - a moist carrot cake made extra tasty with the addition of walnuts, lemon and orange juices. Glace ginger is a lovely optional extra in this one.

Chocolate 'brownie' - dense, rich and very chocolatey.

All cakes are made with the best ingredients available. I use free-range eggs, butter, high quality chocolates and extracts (never synthetic flavour). For example, the coffee sponge is flavoured using fresh espresso.

Your choice of cake can be covered with yellow or white marzipan and fondant icing in any colour. They can be covered with chocolate 'fondant' made from white, milk or dark chocolate. They can be filled with your choice of buttercream including: vanilla, almond,chocolate, lemon or flavoured with liqueur.
