This Two-Tier 8" and 6" sponge cake was made for an intimate wedding celebration where the bride and groom were visitors to Gibraltar. Hence their choice of a plane, but unfortunately the venue for the reception broke the wing before this photograph was taken!
Covered with marzipan and white icing, this cake is trimmed with pink sugar roses and ribbon. It is topped with a plane in which sit a miniature of the bride and groom. All edible.
